Holiday Itinerary

Day 1 - Jackson Triggs Winery and more...

After breakfast we meet in the hotel lobby and start our cycling and wine discovery tour in Niagara with a short cycle to our first stop at Southbrook Winery. What a great way to start! Next we’ll be sampling delicious lavender infused treats at NEOB Lavender Farm.

More wine tasting at Trius Winery, then we put down our wine glasses and pick-up ‘beer steins’ for a tour and tasting at the region’s top micro brewery – Silversmith Brewery.

Lunch is at OLIV at Strewn Winery with amazing tapas, followed by a stop at Rancourt Winery to taste wines paired with amazing cheeses and charcuterie. We’ll then cycle onto the world famous Jackson Triggs Winery to sample some of their fabulous wines.

Our final stop is the charming town of Niagara-on-the-Lake and Maple Leaf Fudge to see how their fudge is made. Naturally we’ll be sampling some of Canada’s top rated fudge as part of the visit.

The fabulous 4 star Queens Landing Hotel with pool an spa facilities is your home for the next two nights. You have a free evening to explore and enjoy the many wonderful restaurants in this charming town.

Day 2 - Niagara on the Lake

After a hearty buffet breakfast overlooking the lake we start our second day of our cycling holiday with a photo stop at Royal Park with its amazing lake views.

Our first wine tasting of the day is at the famous Peller Estates. After this there is a quick stop at Walkers Country Market to enjoy a tasty fresh homemade treat. Next it’s time for a real ‘hidden gem’ as we visit ‘Between the Lines’ Winery and sample the celebrated work of the region’s youngest wine maker.

We satisfy our hunger with a stop at the incredible Ravine Winery to enjoy a fabulous multi-course lunch prepared by their award winning chef while taking in views of the vineyards.

After lunch we’ll cycle to Marynissen Winery for a tasting in their barrel room, and then onwards to Reif Estates to enjoy their wines paired with a selection of fine cheeses.

We end the day back in Niagara-on-the-Lake with a visit to Gelato Di Carlotta, considered to be the best ice cream in Canada! We will have a special tour and tasting given by the shop owner.

Free evening to enjoy the shops, restaurants or hotel spa/pool facilities.

Day 3 - Ice wine and Niagra Falls

The day starts with a relaxed morning with time to sleep-in, enjoy the hotel’s facilities, take a stroll through their scenic grounds or last minute souvenirs shopping.

With bags packed, we depart on our final day of our cycling holiday – destination Niagara Falls. First stop is an early light lunch at Epicurian Cafe to fuel up for our longest day cycling. After lunch we cycle to Frogpond, which is at the forefront of organic wine making in the region, then onto Niagara Falls with a stop at The Ice House to enjoy the region’s only ‘Ice Wine Slushy’, chilled and sweet – the perfect adult treat!

The afternoon is spent cycling along the scenic Niagara Parkway with rests and photo stops at the Brock Monument and Niagara Glen. Late afternoon we arrive at the world famous Niagara Falls where there will be time to walk around the Falls, explore the town, buy last minute souvenirs and take photographs.

The tours ends here, with a late afternoon snack on aboard the shuttle bus back to the White Oaks Hotel (or your agreed drop-off point).
